The Northeast Missouri Rural Health Network www.nmrhn.org also provides continuing education programs for healthcare providers in their 11 county service area. View the NMRHN for a list of upcoming provider education programs.

Programming Note:  Up until November 2009, NEMO AHEC sponsored/co-sponsored a variety of continuing education programs for health care professionals targeted to meet the needs of regional physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, social workers, licensed counselors, EMT/Paramedics, nursing home staff including administrators, RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, and allied health care professions.  Most often, programs were pre-approved for continuing education credits through accredited CE organizations, such as the Missouri Nurses Association, MU School of Medicine, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, MU School of Social Work, Missouri Board of Nursing Home Administrators, and others. Programs are not being planned now, due to staff and funding reductions.  To inquire about continuing education programs, please contact Michelle Mollick at mmollick@nemoahec.org or call 660-385-6491.
